Tier 1: HVAC Helper / Apprentice

Are you looking to build a serious career in the HVAC industry? We are looking for motivated
apprentices to train alongside our senior specialists.

Compensation: $22.00 – $27.00 / hour (Depending on experience)

Requirements: A clean driver’s license, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities: Assisting lead technicians on job sites, fetching tools, maintaining a pristine and safe
workspace, and learning the fundamentals of installing and servicing forced-air and VRF systems.

Tier 2: Journeyman / Service Technician

If you have a solid foundation in the trade and can independently manage service calls,
this is the tier for you.

Compensation: $30.00 – $40.00 / hour (Depending on experience)

Requirements: EPA Section 608 Universal Certification, OSHA 30 or 40, a clean driver’s license,
and 2–5 years of field experience.

Responsibilities: Independent troubleshooting, standard installations, preventative maintenance,
and handling daily residential and light commercial service calls for furnaces and air systems.

Tier 3: Senior Lead Technician / Foreman

We need a master of the craft to lead complex projects and help mentor the next generation of
212 HVAC technicians.

Compensation: $42.00 – $55.00 / hour (Depending on experience)

Requirements: EPA Section 608 Universal Certification, OSHA 30 or 40, a clean driver’s license,
and 5+ years of extensive field experience. Master-level understanding of VRF/VRV technology is
highly preferred.

Responsibilities: Executing complex diagnostics, managing major residential and light
commercial installations, training Tier 1 apprentices, and overseeing daily field operations to
ensure our strict quality standards are met.
